I doubt it for 2 reasons.
1- It says "View till the end to see this epic home inside out!" It sounds like it exists.
2- Renderings are usually offered by realtors/developers, with contact info. No contact info is offered here.

This is very obviously a custom-built and ultra-modern home/rendering. Not what Jackson is known for exactly. But you're free to build your own on any of the many plots available in town.

I guess if no one is aware of any home in Jackson thjat looks like that, or no one is aware that this home is about to be built in any area of Jackson, its a rendering.
But WHY did they choose to write Jackson, NJ, if this is simply an idea for a home that can be built in any city in the world?

I’ve seen a house or two like this in Jackson. It’s also popular in the 14th street area in Lakewood. It’s the current trendy style. They can build it anywhere and there is no development of these houses as far as I know it’s all individual builds.

This builder must have properties in Jackson where he will build these model houses once deposit is received etc.
