Maybe someone can help me. I have a smart phone with Metro PCS. It broke yesterday, so DH went to the local store in Lakewood, and they said the cheapest smartphone they have is $250, which is a little to much. He asked are there any chepaer options, or a phone where you can pay monthy and they said no. Does that make sense? Anybody know how to get a more affordable phone with Metro PCS? Thanks

You just need a unlocked phone which you can get anywhere & then you can transfer the sim

I recently bought the $200 smartphone at Metro but I was told that was their cheapest 5G phone and they had cheaper 4G ones.
You could probably find cheaper at Walmart or down the street at Lakewood phones

Sorry, one more thing about this. Does the phone need to say that its compatible with Metro PCS, or just unlocked?
