I don't live in a Jewish community. I purchased the French Toast skirt and pulled the elastic the tightest it goes and it still falls down. It also looks really silly bunched up in the back.
Do you have links to pleated skirts that would fit a tiny 8 year old?

Wouldn't she wear a jumper by that age? She probably needs a size 6 jumper.

She starting 4th grade and they all wear skirts then. I don't want her to be the only one in a jumper.

I second fraylichs. My dd is super thin and their skirts fit her nicely.
