Is there a texting system similar to GroupMe? Our family GroupMe chat is giving us issues and would love something similar. We don't have WhatsApp. Alternatively, if anyone knows how to reach out to GroupMe support, I'd be very grateful.

Did you try starting a new group me chat? Group me is free so it doesn’t really have support. Someone really should start a paid version.

Yes, I started a new chat because our years' old chat dropped one of us, who suddenly stopped receiving any messages and can't send any. I had the members all confirm that they were on the new chat, and a day later another sibling stopped receiving messages. I'm very frustrated and would love an alternative.
