I have a few plastic chopping boards, they stink!!!!
I scub them with boiling water and lots of soap and boiling water. Tried soaking them and they still smell, anything to do or just buy new ones?

Buy new ones
It’s just like anything that got old (towels, clothes, etc). Once they smell it means the germs are still hanging on. I wouldn’t want to keep anything with germs on it.
I heard aluminum and stone boards are good long lasting

Time for new ones. Good to replace yearly.

Make a baking soda and peroxide mixture, smear it on top, and let stand overnight. My yellow cutting boards returned to a like new white.
