I am so afraid that I'm going to snap with all the kids home for 2 weeks. I'm on my own, small living quarters and no relatives to help out. My kids fight and bicker and kill each other. They get on each other's nerves. They bother each other. How am I suppose to manage with everyone homs??? How am I suppose to work so I can make money to finish paying off for camp??? I am paying so much for camp and tuition but the kids all have so much vacation.... Crazy system. I'm fed up

It’s sooooooo difficult. I find that if I have organized fun they handle the day better and if they’re well fed!! The summer and heat make them hungrier. So I try and have more food for them. If they act wild I encourage them to take a shower or bath or take a walk to calm down. Or I take them all out for a scooter ride or bike ride or walk.
You can go to your room and shut the door when you feel like you’re at the end of your rope. They will survive each other!!! Siblings do. Then when you’re ready you come out.

Where do you live? Can we help you find cheap/free activities so you can 1. Get everyone out of the house and 2. Create some sort of structure to your days?

Get out every day with everyone. Staying inside all day leads to no good. Go to parks, beaches, library etc... dollar store, slurpees are cheap treats.

I found during Covid that having a written schedule helped, both for us and the kids. Not with timing but with one thing following another. Screentime was built into the schedule. Some educational screentime like abcmouse in the afternoon, and more fun screentime at night as a reward for cleaning up.
Other things that were built in were small breakfast, then davening, then a walk outside, then brunch, then crafts etc.
knowing what to expect and having those built in breaks makes everything seem more manageable.
