I'm not sure what your budget is and how fancy you want but people like the reimagined dresses. I don't even know where to get them but I think that's what people put on that age for weddings and such.. but maybe too fancy depending how dressy you want

What color? I am in Lakewood and have a cream dress I can lend you if it fits but someone else is borrowing it till beg of September
For black, I was shopping for my 4 yo dd for a simcha and saw the cutest stuff at Luibelle, some with tulle or organza
Pastel collection has a black or cream velvet dress with beautiful lace collar, $118

If it gets colder I can look for some velvet options, but usually it’s warmish. She should be fine. Mazal Tov!
