I just hung up on “Jerry from Amazon Customer Service,” anyone ever get such a phone call? Sounded scammy to me so I just hung up.

It's a scam.

If you're not sure you can always hang up and contact them through their site.

I mean, sometimes if you contact customer service, you can request a call....

Only if you contacted them thru costumer service and requested a call back. And they always call two seconds after u request it
