How is the quality and sizing from this store?

I bought my girls one dress here for the summer. It's still in very good condition, I was happy with the quality.
The sizes run on the small end imo but not crazy tight. My chunky 7 year old is wearing a 10. My skinny 9 year old fit just-just in the 10 so I got the 12 so she could grow a bit.
