So I know that I am "good at what I do", I chose a career that when I embarked on it seemed like a good fit.
However, almost 20 years later, the field is not how I thought things would go and it's trending in a direction that I don't know how to handle--and I'm not even 40 yet.
Problem is that I'm about to have my 7th child and staying home is financially is just not an option right now.
I'm just so overwhelmed right now. I feel so stuck in my career, have no money or head to go back to school, and I can't afford a pay decrease.

Stay either what you have for now
But consult with a career counselor to make plans for different career in future.
Perhaps you can take an online class while working present job to prepare for career switch.
