Focus on hydration. Fruit is best. Your body absorbs it better. And move slow.

All Iv had is toast today, took paractml bh feeling a bit better.

Would lucozade or energy drinks work?
I feel like I need an Infusin of something and then Il be fine.

I dont think Iv ever felt like this after a fast.

Same. Don't remember feeling like this before. I was fine in the morning and then walking my kids to daycare I just could not push the stroller. Arms and legs feeling so week, I was like 'what's happening?'
And then I remembered the fast yesterday. Trudged my way over.

Those are symptoms of dehydration. You must drink more.
People drink tons before the fast but forget that you must drink tons after too
I recently had a severe dehydration episode and needed hatzalah. They explained to me that dehydration is a buildup of 48 hours of not drinking enough. So by that logic you are actually at greater risk of dehydration after the fast than during the fast (assuming you drank a lot on erev tisha bav)

Also my teen daughter definitely did not drink a lot before and after and shes totally fine. Full of energy.

Im still feeling not myself.

Its evening where I live.

I mainly ate carbs in the morning and then had some soup amd an apple at lunchtime.

Felt really hungry later on so made myself some chicken breast plus a bit of other sides and a banana.

I have this feeling in my mouth that I hungry all the time but Im not.
Like I dont really feel hungry in my stomach but there a really irritating feeling in my mouth like I feel hungry and nothing is satisfying it.
Its driving me mad, Im feeling so unsettled.

Iv drunk and drunk and it just doesnt go away.

I just bought a bottle of essentia water because I was dizzy (not from fasting) and a friend said that she started drinking it before fast and she is really feeling good, a lot better than usual. So maybe you can try that. It's ionized water with electrolytes.
