My daughter wants to do a diamond art project for her bas mitzvah.
Are these very time-consuming? Are there Jewish themed ones? I'm feeling a little lost.
Tia.

It's extremely time consuming. I don't think it's a good idea.

How time consuming they are depends on how big the piece is. To save time I would definitely have the jewels already out on the table on labeled trays/plates. How much time do you want to use up?
These are pretty, though not specifically Jewish themed:

It takes hours. Not ideal as a group project.
It's not really meant to be done in one sitting.
Though maybe you can find some smaller one's or those that are made in to a Keychain.

This is good information, thank you ladies.
Any other bas mitzvah project ideas that are not too messy? We ruled out challah baking and painting for practical reasons, and looked at the Beadery.

We did something like this as a school project
You would have to order the specific letter that you would need. But each one came as an individual kit.
It’s small enough to be done quickly and can be easily packed back up to finish at home.
Just found this amazing item on AliExpress. Check it out! $2.25 | New 5D diamond painting Letters DIY keychain diamond bag pendant jewelry mosaic home decoration pattern handmade gift
