Anyone have any personal experience working with Shoshana Schwartz or taking her 12 week course? Did it help you lose weight? What is her approach? How much does the course cost? TIA!

Shoshan Schwartz writes for Mishpacha magazine, so I don't think she is a scam. I'm wondering if people have found her to be effective.

Wasnt that an Esther lady? This doesnt sound the same at all. I never tried shoshana but it doesnt look sketchy.

It's weird cuz the language and style and writing sound eerily similar. And the name is similar too.....

I hear. I'd appreciate if this thread wasn't derailed talking about that other scam though. I'd like to hear from people who have had experience with Shoshana Schwatz. Their feedback will speak for itself.

Yes. She clearly writes about addiction in her ad. Don't see why one should pay for something one can get free by attending Overeaters Anonymous.

I could be wrong, but it's the 12 step programme 'dressed up'. Doesn't mean it won't work tho I guess.

She does focus on weight loss through healing addiction, but I don't believe it's the same approach as OA. She uses EFT, according to her website.

Looks to me like the 12 step programme with some add-ones like EFT.

Her ad clearly says 'effective techniques from addiction recovery', which 100% means 12 step, OA style. That what she works in.
