I came to the US from Israel and I went to Walmart and bought a Total by Verizon SIM. I put the SIMs in our Israeli phones. They didn't work. Total by Verizon says that the SIMs aren't supported in international phones.

Anyway, I need a SIM that works in our international phones. Any ideas? I really don't want to waste money on another SIM that doesn't work.

When I go to the states sometimes I get a SIM from T-Mobile. I have an android smartphone, nothing fancy.

You go to a cellphone store and they can make sure it works in your phone while you're there. It will probably cost you about $50 at least for 1 month.
