It could be some of the Friday night mikvahs will open. Try calling the one in your neighborhood to ask.

Call exactly 7 am.
Do bath prep, nails etc on Monday.
Tues night shower at home so it goes quickly.

Ask a sheila not all rabbanem agree with doing any prep before Tisha bav. .
In many circles last shower is at mikva.
