Fully potty trained
No pinworms

He can wet himself at night 2-3 days a week
During the day he constantly pees himself, his pants are always wet.

In the morning (even if he wakes up dry) I just give him new underwear to change into bc it's always wet

This is new as of the last few months (like maybe 2 months before school year ended)

I'm hoping it's just a phase?

Generally it’s constipation. Boys don’t sit long enough to empty fully. You need to do a clean out and get him on a daily schedule of sitting for 20 minutes after supper.

Sitting for too long can cause hemorrhoids, so be careful

Constipation. Yes even if he goes every day! He can still be super backed up which stretches out the rectum so he can't feel it when he has to pee. This is THE most common cause of this issue.

Or a UTI. I would take him to the dr and get him checked out.
