ISO a seamstress who can see on shoulders and sleeves to a halter neck gown, who's reliable, quick, available, and reasonably priced. Can be anywhere in flatbush or boro park. Tia!!

(Simcha is the week after next, had a hard time finding a maternity gown in the right color, can't do alterations till after Tisha b'av.)
