Can anyone give me names of online forums/sites/online magazines where someone catering to the frum community in Europe/England can advertise?

The gateshead kehilla advertiser does not come online. It is a very small weekly circular for the Gateshead kehilla families (approx 650 families).
There is an option for people to sign up to receive it by email. So there are some others who see it as well. Gateshead is a small city in England/UK and therefore a minority of Europe. You will not reach so many this way. Though you could advertise for Gateshead and then there are similar advertisers in Manchester and London which covers your main UK cities. But again, there is still all the rest of Europe.

This is the email for antwerp Belgium. Its a weekly advertising magazine comes to people's homes and they have a WhatsApp group where they post it a few days before the magazine comes out.
