I’m overwhelmed
I bought a house in the Lakewood/ Toms River/Jackson area in the last few months

Wanted to make a list of things I need to do to maintain my house monthly/ yearly..

Ex I just found out you need to change the vent filter for the AC once a month…

Also deep cleaning how often should I clean behind my fridge or what r other cleaning jobs that are not done weekly..

You don't need to change the AC filter for a split unit. You need to wash it but no change.
