I have 2 Magic Mills, and both need repair every few months for one thing or another.
The current problem is that the Keep Warm light is on, but water is cold.
GRRRRR.
I live in BP and theres a drop off place in BP for Magic Mill Urn repairs, but its ridiculous how often I have to bring my urn there for different reasons. Actually I checked my email to Magic Mill and I just had the exact problem this past February. The Keep Warm light is on, but water is cold.
I only buy Stainless Steel Urns (about 30 cups), which do I try now?

I stopped buying the insulated pump type ones because they are expensive and they kept breaking. I spent around $30 on Amazon for like new (damaged pkg but completely new) It keeps the water nice and hot, and the outside is hot so you need to be very careful to keep it out of reach of children.
