Wig or tichel?

For those of us who generally wear wigs when we leave the house.
If it was the norm to go out shopping or any other errands wearing a tichel/bandana/snood/etc.. and no one would bat an eyeleash upon seeing you in said tichel. Would you wear a wig?
ETA- both wigs and tichels would be equally socially acceptable.

Tichel. I do this when I am in Israel.

Wig. I feel it covers my hair better and more securely. Plus I feel more dressed.

It's actually easier for me to put a sheitel than something else in a way I like
But if it's hot then it might be something else with wet hair
