Having my sister in law come visit tomorrow and having them for supper
Going to make soup, salmon, baked ziti, salad, and cut fruit.
It’s going to be 4 adults, and 6 kids ages 3-17.
How many quarts of soup, pounds of salmon, boxes of pasta, bags of salad?
Thanks!

I would definitely do four boxes of pasta because I think that’s going to be the main thing the kids eat. I would probably do 3 pounds of salmon. I’m thinking 6 quarts of soup? Could be good to do more if your family will eat the extras. Not sure what you mean about bags of salad - like heads of romaine or like coleslaw bags? For romaine I would do 4 heads, bags I would probably do 2

Sounds like a ton!
I would make three boxes pasta.
1 slice of salmon per adult for kids would make enough for three of them (most kids dont like fish ime). If you're ok with leftover fish make enough for all kids to have a slice but count on some not eating.
Salad three bags plus veggies (four if your just adding a box of tomatoes...)
Soup 4 quarts
