Or do you your feet have to hold on to them in order for it to stay on?

I wouldn’t call it supportive, but it’s extremely lightweight so it’s not hard for the feet to carry. When I wear anything else I get muscle cramps in my calves but when I wear these I don’t.

they're very comfortable but higher than regular slippers. Not op but I bought them based on someone's recommendation on this site
