My 8 year old dc isn't trained yet for the night. He's been in pullups since he's 3 but he's totally outgrown them as he leaks through basically every night. Does anyone have any recommendations of which pullups are best for older kids? Yes, I know I need to train him but until we're ready any recommendations would be helpful.

I don’t have any suggestions, but I just wanted to let you know you are not alone. My now 8 year old still wears pull ups, and my now 12 year old still occasionally has accidents.

this doesn’t answer ur question but just posting this if it’s helpful to you. on suggestion from someone else who saw success, my son started learning karate. he practices every single night and within 2-3 weeks of starting he started waking up dry a few nights a week and by a few weeks after tht was waking up dry daily bH (he was 11 when he started). the person he took karate by said it wasn’t the first student he had who this issue was corrected by taking karate. it builds the core muscles. maybe you want to give tht a try. good luck!

Consider adding a diaper doubler

My son who was in pull ups till recently used good nights. Good diaper brands are really important.
Also, make sure he uses the bathroom before he goes to sleep so it doesnt leek.
I needed to put my son on medication when the wetness caused fungus there, and all of the scratching caused an infection.
