Hi! Looking for advice from the wise and experienced Ima's!
I am cooking for a big group of young bochurim (age 16-17) for Shabbos. It will be between 25-30 boys. Trying to work out how much cholent to make.
I have a 6qt slow cooker. I'm thinking to borrow a 2nd one and make 2 full slow cookers of cholent.
5lb potatoes, 3lb stew meat, 1 standard size bag each of barley and beans...Do these quantities sound right?

Good point, should have added. Will be part of a whole meal, a bunch of other food. So not the only food on the table, but boys like their cholent
Challa, fish, salads, franks n blanks, a few other bits and pieces
