In the past we have always tried to give at the end of the year either cash or gift cards between $10-$30 for teachers/assistants/Morahs depending on which one and for which kid, along with a nice note.
I'm not looking for a debate on whether it is necessary or not.
This year we are not in the same position as we were in the past, but I would still like to give something. I think The Nuttery (here in Lakewood) has specialty drink Gift Cards - is it too "small" to give out to all the teachers/assistants/Morahs this year? (Obviously with a nice note too.)
TIA.
ETA: I gave them cash/check/gift card/school collection at Chanukah and Purim time.

Sounds perfect! You can tie it to a chocolate bar if you want to up it a bit.

Im a teacher! And I love those... I know its hard to swing all these tips, so when I get a Nuttery drink card I feel like my efforts were noted! Its delicious, not too costly and the thought that counts!
And yes that note is appreciated, even more so..

I actually like it better. I feel like the gift cards are always for the wrong amount so you either have to spend more or waste money cuz this way it's like getting a drink straight but you get to pick it out.
