undershirt.
I dont have any stain remover.
only vinegar
baking soda
dish soap
I soaked it in cold water cos scared stain will set.
any advice?

Do you have Windex? I would try that, Windex works like magic on stains.

yes I have.
isnt it meant for blood?
can I use it even if already soaked?

Did you try to wash it? I find that grape juice comes right out

The fresher the stain, the easier to remove.
Make the garment fully wet, lay it in a clean laundry room or bathroom sink. Squeeze some Dawn dish soap on the palm of you hand, rub your palms together then use both palms to spread into wet stain.
Allow to sit 15 minutes. Come back and scrub with cleaning toothbrush.
If stain still there, wet stain again and spread with another light palm coating of Dawn. Let sit overnight. Scrub until it's out.
Once stain us out, rinse out soap completely before washing in the washing machine.

THE best method for removing any kind of fruit juice or wine stain is as follows: stretch the stained fabric over bowl in the bathtub and pour boiling water from a kettle held at least 18 inches above the fabric (more is better, but do watch out for splashing) directly on the stain. The force of the boiling water hitting the cloth pushes the residue out of the cloth and sends it down the drain. I use this method on my challah deckel every time wine spills on it, and it looks pristine. (Probably not recommended for velvet challah deckels, especially not the ones embellished with fake jewels. )
ETA noticed a spot on my challah deckel Tuesday night after the meal. Poured boiling water on it motzaei Chag. Spot vanished in seconds, no washing needed, and it wasn't even a full kettle.Just saying.

Windex works magic on grape juice stains even after 3 day chag. But not after soaking in water.

Thos is an undershirt, not something generally seen in public. Obviously do your best to get the stain out, but if it isn't pristine, it doesn't really matter.
