Which park in or near monsey has a playground and tables to eat at? Bonus if it's next to water.

Nyack Beach has benches and is near water but I don't think it has a playground. There is a fee for that one in the summer season (for parking).
Willow is near water, has a small path around the water, and benches but no playground.
Kakiat has benches and a little stream but no playground.
Viola Park has benches and a playground but no water.
Eugene Levy has playground and tables but no water.
I think Lake Welch has all 3 but when the season allows swimming, there is also a fee (for parking)
Rockland Lake State Park should also have all 3 but also has a fee for parking in the summer season

Where is the covered gazebo thing with all the tables? Is that not in the grassy part of Eugene Levy? Maybe I'm mixing that up with a different park nearby....hmm.

Best playground in Monsey area is ruach hachaim near Monroe. Nice eating area under a tent for shade. Cool playground equipment. No water though

Eugene Levy definitely has tables to eat at. There is also a pond
