Attention all ladies who are also living in a basement apartment:
Can we pleaseeee make a new community nearish Lakewood that's affordable??? I was thinking Browns Mills, which the average house is about $400,000. Let's make a young, tightknit community. Let's open up a community boys and girls school, and open up an LTC or other big nursing home office in our community were we can work at.
Who is with me???

It means she wrote something then changed her mind and tried to delete it. You can't make an empty post, so she put in a dot as the minimum option.

I also personally would love to move somewhere where that gets me out of the Lakewood school system..

Yes it's definitely bigger.
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and garage. Nice backyard, porch and patio.
Apartment was 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom no storage
Would definitely love to get out of the Lakewood school system but starting a new school is not necessarily a better option. there are plenty of out of town options you can look into.

Seems like a lot of work to get out of the lakewood area/school system.
Why would you make a whole new community when you can just move to a different non-lakewood, cheaper established community?
