What whitewash said is very broad. There are plenty chilled girls in old and plenty yeshivish girls in new.
Old:
Shiurim more text based
Preparation for shiurim is expected, including meforshim inside
Chol courses not so strict, girls may have to arrange things themselves and be more motivated to work themselves
Around 180 girls per year
Not so much personal interaction with rabbonim
New:
Shiurim aren't text based
Don't think prep for shiurim is expected, certainly not text based prep
Chol courses arranged for you
Not sure how many girls per year but much less than Old
More possibility of building a kesher with the rabbonim
