it's not if you'reprepared. you need the kit of course. some old towels and an old shirt. a disposable shower cap is very helpful. and if you have kids at home, it's easies when they aren't home.

I’m also looking! I don’t have the time or patience for a whole DIY hair dying project. (Yes, even the at home kits are time consuming and messy to do.)

You can go to Nechama's Salon, its on 2nd street, entrance from parking lot in the back. You have to have an appt. Also Elisheva's Salon does it. Also need an appt there.
