It’s from a simcha tonight. It’s cut into squares, can I freeze and use for next few shabbosim? If yes, how would I reheat?

Yes! I did that recently.
Froze them in separate smaller pans filled the pan.
Then sprinkled a drop of water and left in my oven at around 300 for a couple of hours.

I would just cover it when rewarming that's how it doesn't dry out.

Yes sure.
When reheating add some water on top.
I reheat single slices in the microwave the same way.
