Try the Jacobowitz gemach first, its the cheapest. and she has beautiful things.
she charges $50 which includes dry cleaning. but you can only get the gown about 1-2 weeks before the wedding, she wants it to be there for other people to try it on. any alterations you need must be undone before you give it back.
her usual hours are Tuesday evenings, but if she can she will open for you another time.
