Do you have hard water ( well) ?
I found that to be a big issue when I moved with certain stains.( for some reason sunscreen is the worst so any collar stains when kids wore sunscreen are impossible to get out)
I would put it in its own load with a bit of bleach. Looks pale enough to me

Try Rit color remover and follow instructions on the box (needs to be cooked up in a big pot).
