Bugaboo Bee refresh

I've had the bugaboo Bee for 7 years and 4 kids now and I'm pregnant again so I want to refresh the stroller a bit. What can I do about rusty wheels? The front wheels I can buy replacements for but the back wheels I can't. Is there any way to clean it and take the rust away?
