What's a good weight for individual challah rolls for a sheva brachos?
The weight is before baking, I want to weigh each one so they're all the same.

For a 5 lb batch if you want 25 rolls you would make them each 5 oz which after Rising looks like a nice size to me.
I just did this for rolls for my purim meal
