My grandson can see the street from the window of his playroom. He picks up the curtain, waives, and yells, "Hi, Car!" Naches from the kinder.

Every time someone leaves the house, my toddler pokes his head past the door and says "bye bye". So cute!

My toddler has never seen a nursing mom before, and I BH just had a baby. She tries lifting her shirt to nurse the baby too its very cute! She also tries putting nipple cream on herself since she sees me doing it, and tells me "my 'mipples' are hurting me..."

He gets "snuck" when he tries to climb out of his stroller or high chair (while he's strapped in).

I love this age of language explosion!

We have a bunny rabbit in our garden that went through a phase of digging new holes every day. Till we put something down over the grass in its enclosure there was lots of talk every day about holes and filling them back in. He would tell everyone - ‘ bunny, hole!’

As part of our shema routine at night, after all the good nights we say ‘I love you, so so much in the whole wide world’
(I know it doesn’t really make sense, it evolved out of my other kids as toddlers and stuck as family routine)
My toddler starting saying ‘love you - hole’ 😆 took me a while to realise he thought we were talking about the holes in the garden..

When my son was little, he fell off the couch and bumped his thigh. He said,”I hurt my pullah lahs.” I think he meant pulkies.

Not really a toddlerism, but the story was too mortifying and cute not to share: We were at a brunch at a where someone in my family was being honored. My toddler was getting a bit antsy during one of the speeches and I decided I would take him out before he made noticeable noise. I picked him up to go at which point he started happily and loudly waving and yelling at the top of his lungs “BYE BYE”…just as the rov of their shul was really getting into the speech.

My 1.5 yo was looking for me. Dh shows her I'm unavailable and the bathroom door is locked "ay! S'totty's!"
Thanks for confirming that mommies dont get to use the bathroom LOL
