I like to mix mustard and honey and then spread on salmon and pour plain panko crumbs on top
Also a seasoning mix from a fish store works

I’ve started making a new recipe and it’s really good sprinkle the salmon with salt pepper and garlic powder then mix together maple syrup or honey, mayo, paprika, dill (fresh if you can) and smear on top. Then add crushed pistachios and bake 400 for 12-18 min depending on size.
