I was trying to encourage my 5 year old son who hardly eats to finish his supper. I told him "Look, I already see your muscles!" "How could you see my muscles if it's under my skin?" he wanted to know.

you really need to write a whole book of his quotes ... he is so adorable ...
my mother used to say if we eat our meat we will grow - I would eat and look in the mirror ... and say uh uh I didn't grow ...
I have a picture of my kiddies all showing off their muscles with my father in between ... hey I got some muscle myself even if y'all don't see them ...
