Ladies I need your help!
My community was just hit hard by a fraudster who scammed us for over 30 million dollars.
He took everyone's investments and loans and ran off.
His name is Yitzhak Eugene Rosman, he lives on 47th and 15th ave.
If anyone knows him, or where he could be now, please reach out to me.
This has really devastated and ruined a lot of families! People are losing their minds and falling into very rapid depression.

Please don't say that this post is loshon hara.
1st of all, finding him will literally be saving lives of very young men and their families.
2nd of all, if anyone knows him, please stay away from him for your own good.

Please help me locate this person.

I’m not responding because I can help. I wish I could. I’m responding to say I hope no one starts with the lh stuff and I’ll get back in a few hours and this will be gone. If we’re going to get rid of these terrible things happening in our communities we have to be able to raise our voices. Op, I hope you and whoever else was robbed manage to get back what you lost, if not from this criminal than from the One Who takes care of all our needs.

We are from a completely different community.
I personally didn't even know of his prior arrest.
What does CSA stand for?

I never heard this name either but I also hope this post stays up so more people see it and will be wary if they ever come across this person. I know I will!

Is the police involved? The FBI?
I’m from Lakewood. Something similar happened here more than once. Millions of dollars…
The only difference is that the people didn’t run away but it didn’t help anyone to get money back.
Even though this guy from BP stooped so low he will probably stay in a frum area wherever he went.
Involving the police is way to go now. They will probably involve the FBI.

It’s really crazy , but if you Google his name he has crimes listed under his name
Did people go to the police ?

Ima mother has such a wide network of people, I was hoping someone knew or heard where he could be hiding now. 😓

Finding him wont change anything, its very rare in these situations to receive any money back, let alone a significant amount.

He didn’t run away because he doesn’t want to give the money back. He ran away because he doesn’t have it anymore and he doesn’t want to get locked up. It’s only a matter of time though. He will probably get arrested soon.

Ponzi schemes are generally perpetuated within so-called "affinity groups". The people who are bilked are part of the same group and feel a same of misplaced trust in the fraudster.

Even the biggest Ponzi schemer - Madoff - relied dispropotionately on his links to the Jewish community in New York and Florida. It wasn't until the very end when he was desperately seeking new forms of revenue did he start soliciting investments from outside the community.

Not that the Jewish community he was cheating was "small" but it was a certain closed circuit. Jewish charities and affluent people in Boca for example.
