I need to be super careful with money for now until we hopefully have more money coming in. I’m trying to change my attitude from “can’t spend money” to “what can I do for free/really cheap”? For example, going for a walk outside is free. Going on imamother is free. I want to try to enjoy my life while not spending more than I can.

If you don't already have one, apply for a public library card. If you do have one, use it!
Host a swap meet for women's clothes, children's clothes, accessories, toys, books, small appliances, or anything else that you know people have too many of and get bored with. Just make sure you have rules, e.g. if no one took what you brought, you have to take it back.
