I make the tuna patties from KBD Short on Time and serve it with pasta and usually canned corn.

I always do Tuna patties with petitim/couscous and cucumber sticks.
If serving it for a picnic lunch out the house when on holidays we eat it in sandwiches with Ketchup

Chodesh Tov ..for a tuna pattyrecipe here is an easy one.. in a big bowl add- 2 cans tubs in water-drain well, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 medium diced onion, a few shakes of garlic, onion powders, black pepper, you can add canned mushrooms if you’d like, a handful of flavored breadcrumbs, 1-2 eggs.. mix all together, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, after take out and shape into the shape of latkes, pan fry on each side until golden brown.. these can be eaten hold, warm or cold
A great side dish would be baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, pasta of your choice, French fries and a nice Israeli salad or sliced vegetables of your choice
Also a great dipping sauce would be saladmates lemon garlic salad dressing
Enjoy

I add for each can 1-2 eggs, some paprika, garlic granules, salt pepper, a squirt of ketchup (just realised I forgot to put it in todays they were still yum) can also add diced onions or onion powder.
matza meal and breadcrumbs (makes it fluffier than just MM), and mix all together.
fry on each side

I just mix up tuna, eggs (maybe 2 per can?), salt, pepper, diced onions, and matzah meal to bind...
