I remember making something like this years ago. Just don’t remember if it was with spinach or broccoli 
But does anyone have a recipe for either one? My daughter is begging me to make it again and I wish I remember what to put in...

You can make any quiche or veg kugel in tarts:) be creative!
An easy brocolli kugel is:
1 bag of brocolli (florets, cut yourself with a knife)
2 eggs
some onion soup mix
equal amounts mayo, oil, and breadcrumbs
salt
mix and divide into quiches
Cover with breadcrumbs
Bake until it looks done (crumbs get brown/quiche gets brown)

Can this be made in cupcakes or just aluminum pan or only good in tarts shell?
