How do you best store and keep fresh, Chinese Leaves/Cabbage that I washed and checked.
(NOT store bought)

Take paper towel, wet it, and then squeeze out as much of the water as possible and wrap the leaves in it. You can stack the leaves and wrap. I'd say more than 20 leaves, do in batches. Then put the wrapped leaves in a ziploc in your crisper/veg drawer.
I sell freshly cut lettuce varieties and this keeps them crisp and fresh for weeks.
