What type of 9x13 pan do u use for convection microwave? Anyone tried baking in it? When I try to bake in just convection the top burns and inside stays raw. Anyone try baking in convection micro bake setting ?

Glass 9x13.
1. Temp needs to be higher than recipe says
2. Covered most of the way through so the top doesn't burn before the inside is ready
3. Baked for longer than recipe says (only uncover for a little at the end
I prefer recipes like dairy pasta dishes, eggplant parm, frozen pizza. I don't expect a cake to bake properly in such an oven at all.

Convection ovens are specifically not recommended for baking.
You are not going to get a good result for any kind of cake because the way a microwave cooks food is different than the way food is "cooked" or baked in an oven. All the convection aspect adds is a fan to theoretically circulated the "heat" which is good for a roast or casserole but completely useless for a cake as you have discovered.
You might be able to bake a few cookies in there since cookies are less reliant on interacting with the heat of an oven to cook through.
