Definitely not.
There is a new hall in Manhattan beach -something Mattel Leah.
It's not chasidish run so they might let.

The new hall you're referring to is advertising itself as high-end, so it definitely won't be the cheap hall OP is looking for. The cheapest options in Brooklyn will be takana halls, but they definitely won't allow mixed seating.
