40 day Gratitude project.

I saw this was posted on a few lists in Israel. I am posting so others can join.

Inviting you to take part in the next 40 day gratitude project for women starting iyH April 13th, כב ניסן for those of you who would like to hop on board!

They say that crying and begging Hashem is one thing but thanking Him opens new doors in heaven. When we are thankful we bring more joy and reasons to be grateful into our lives and the lives of the people around us. And gratitude is healthy for the mind, body and soul.

The way it works is that you take a couple of minutes each day to thank Hashem through words, writing, a grateful spirit or whichever way you prefer. Include things you are happy about and not so happy about in your life. Being grateful for the whole lot. This is powerful. You are welcome to share your gratitudes during the project or to share miracles you see along the way. Gratitude does invite miracles. I will share the gratitudes you send me with the group, without your name, along with the daily gratitude reminder. There is something incredible about 40 days. And doing this together. Gratitude is a powerful prayer bringing us into the beauty of the moment. This round begins on Shvii shel Pesach, what an awesome day!
