I have the most delicious recipe for cornish hens. I make it every Yom Tov and it is always a hit.
There is no exact measurements, but you make a paste of:
1 can frozen concentrated orange juice
aout 1/2 cup or more or less, coffe liquor ( I buy the most inexpensive type just for this recipe)
onion soup mix ( a few tablespoons)
You mix these ingredients until it is smooth and pour over the hens. Cover and bake for abut 2 hours, basting occasionally.
This recipe is truly delicious and easy. It comes out perfedt every time, eventhpough I was never given exact measurements.
Good luck!!
