What do you do with all the mason jars from shalach manos? I feel bad throwing them out, but I don't need any more and toiveling is a pain.

Donate them....
My girls have gotten into pickling lately, so we save them. But yeah, there's a limit to what you need.

Offer them in rummage groups. Preschools and kindergartens love them.

I'd give them to a thrift shop, if by Mason jars you mean canning jars with two-piece lids. Plain ordinary screw-cap jars I'd put in recycling unless they're an unusual shape or design, in which case, thrift shop.
