I just saw that on Amazon they sell pumice stones on a stick. Has anyone cleaned the stains or rust on their toilets with it?
I've already tried baking soda etc.
THX!

I have, it is good for removing seriously tough stains in the toilet bowl, and it will not harm the ceramic bowl.

You don't need to buy a special one. If you have one you bought for your calluses, e.g., and don't use, you can use that. If you wear rubber gloves you don't have to deal with the ick factor, though if you cleaned your bowl first, there is no ick factor. Pumice is pumice is pumice, on a stick or not.

Use Bar Keepers Friend and a Scotch Brite scrubber.
